"At first, like most people, I was really annoyed about having to engage the services of a Real Estate Agent to sell my house. That was until I met Craig Kenny from Ray White Moorooka. I happened to stumble across Craig by accident as he answered the phone instead of the agent I was chasing. This was to my advantage. Instead of palming me to another agent, Craig listened to my concerns and set about there and then finding me a suitable house. I have often heard Craig mention that he likes to connect people with the right house and this was truly the case with our purchase. I remember clearly Craig (the same night) picking me up and taking me to a house near by to see if it was the right one for my family. Within seconds Craig could sense that I hadn’t connected with the house and rather than try to push a quick pressured sale, he simply put me in the car and took me to something more suitable. By the end of that evening I had inspected a house and thought that this would be enough for Craig for one night, but instead he insisted on conducting a market appraisal at about 8pm that night over a cup of tea and a chat.
