We are in the business of helping people and business is good!

We have been run off our feet this month with the high level of activity in the marketplace. Our in-house mortgage broker John Taylor has also been burning the candle at both ends assisting buyers with their finance options. What is very pleasing from a business perspective is that 80% of our activity is as a result of our pro-active approach to real estate.

Buyers are commenting that they appreciate the number of quality properties that we are able to offer them. Our sellers are delighted at the high number of inspections and offers we are able to generate for them.
