What's happening in 2010?

Wednesday, February 03, 2010

Summer is drawing to a close and Autumn is almost upon us. Christmas is a distant memory and with school holidays at an end, life is starting to resemble some form of normality. All the staff here at Ray Whit Moorooka and Ray White Annerley in Sales, Rentals and Admin have cleared the cobwebs, holidayed, moved house, planned births of babies, even had children start school. With all this behind us we are charging in to a revved up 2010.

But if work is already getting the best of you and you are looking for a summer escape, Southbank is still our local attraction which families, couples and singles continue to enjoy.

Toward the end of 2009 people were waiting to see what the market had in store for the New Year. In 2010, it is clear there is no time to wait. The market has come back with confidence, enquiry is up and many home owners are keen for an up to date appraisal. To cater for these enquiries we can create up-to-date market reports for both local and absent owners. Email us at reception@raywhiteannerley.com.au, indicate the suburb you're interested in, and we will send one through to you. They have been sourced independantly and will be updated quarterly, with market data and a total cross section of specific suburb information.

We also have our in-room auctions coming up on the 9th of February, we hold our Auctions at the Yeronga RSL from 6:30pm, we hope to see you there!
