We all talk about how fast a year goes, some of us say the older we get! I think from every age everybody tries to fit too much into the 24 hours we have x 7 to make up one week and so it goes on

We, at Ray White Annerley and Moorooka can blame Property Management because our month is broken into fortnights as some owners like to have their money paid to them twice monthly and all the property managers’ catch cries are "we can't be paying end of month again".

This year with Easter coming early owners are sprucing up for  the Easter buyers which are only 4 weeks away.  Let’s take giant leap to the end of the year, if we get that far before Kevin 07 says we're off to the polls.  Predictions are earlier rather than later but who am I to pretend I have a crystal ball.

Sellers and Buyers take note, once again what a surprise it won't be a normal year again.
